Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your bracelet
For all our bracelets we offer a “14-Day Gents Bracelets Satisfaction Guarantee” on all the items purchased at www.gentsbracelets.com. So we give you 14 calendar days (starting from the day you receive our items) to return the bracelet(s). For a refund, we only accept our Gents bracelets with the original tags attached. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
Our goal is 100% satisfied customers that is why we do offer the “14-Day Gents Bracelets Satisfaction Guarantee”!
We recommend shipping your return bracelet via an insured ‘signature required’ delivery method. The bracelet should be returned in “as-new” condition, with the original tag, together with the original unaltered box. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org regarding your refund, stating your order number.

Anonymous tracking software
We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google. This service gathers anonymous data regarding how people use our site and then provide us with visitor statistics, details of page views, etc. We use this data to help optimize our site for those of you that use it. If this makes you feel uncomfortable, you can opt-out of being tracked by Google Analytics here.
We also use CoreMetrics, which is another analytics tool. Again, we use this anonymous data only to help benefit our users. If you feel uncomfortable with this, you can also opt out here.
Once someone has visited our site, we'd like to think that our adverts would be relevant to that person, so we use a cookie that recognises you while you visit other sites and delivers our adverts to you. Hopefully, you prefer this to adverts offering you miracle diet pills or a low-rate personal loan, but if you'd like to opt out you can do so here.
