+HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
  We accept all major credit cards, and Paypal. All payments are processed through a              secured checkout process.

+WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?

  We ship worldwide. Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship to Russia.

+WHEN WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

  Once your order has been shipped an email confirmation will be sent to you.

+HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

  International Shipping - 3-5 business days, United States/Canada - USA/Canada: 2-7            business days, Rest of World 10-15 business days.

+DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?

  We offer free worldwide shipping.

+DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

  We actually just offer Priority Delivery.

+DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES?

  Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes (if applicable).

+WHAT IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE?

  Check all external locked mailboxes

 Contact your local post office to see if they have it held for you (always provide your   tracking number to them)

 If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at info@gentsbracelets.com with your   order number in the subject field.

+I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

 If you have received the wrong item as mistakes do happen occasionally, we will assist you   as quickly as possible. Please contact us at info@gentsbracelets.com with the order   number in the subject field.

+WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

  We will gladly return/exchange items within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return,        your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Must also be in      the original packaging. Please email us at info@gentsbracelets.com to initiate the process    and include your order number in the subject field.

+REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we          have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of          your refund.

  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be      applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.    You should usually see your refund within 3-5 business days!
